ReWild's South Nassau chapter is building something special at the Valley Stream Community Garden — a sustainable native plant and vegetable garden in the heart of a culturally diverse neighborhood, designed to demonstrate how food production and native ecosystems can thrive side by side. The chapter meets every Saturday from 9–11am throughout the growing season.

Come help plant, weed, water, and care for both native plants and vegetables, while learning how sustainable gardening can support local pollinators and your community. All experience levels welcome. Volunteers with 10+ hours logged receive a 20% discount on ReWild's Plant Sales.
