What's swimming just below the surface of Greenport Harbor? Find out firsthand with NYS Department of Environmental Conservation educators as they lead a beach seining adventure at Widow's Hole Preserve. You'll help pull a net through the shallows and get an up-close look at the fish, crabs, shrimp, and other marine life that call this harbor home.

This is a get-your-feet-wet kind of program — literally. Wear water shoes and be prepared to wade in. All ages welcome, and it's completely free.
