Celebrate National Honey Bee Day with a buzz-worthy lineup of activities the whole family will love at LICM. Sample delicious honey varieties at a tasting station, meet beekeeper Mark Rogan and view the museum's observational hive, and get crafty making your own colorful busy bee hat.

It's a sweet opportunity to learn about the care of honeybee colonies, spot the queen bee, check out real honeycombs and a beekeeping suit, and discover how you can help support pollinators right here on Long Island. Don't forget — the Museum Store sells the very honey that LICM's bees produce.
