Sweetbriar Nature Center's experienced educators are ready to introduce your littlest ones to the wonders of the natural world. First Steps Into Nature is a Friday morning program designed for children ages 2–5, featuring hands-on activities, music, stories, crafts, and up-close encounters with nature.

This August's theme is "Awesome Animals" — a perfect chance for toddlers to explore wildlife through play and discovery on Sweetbriar's beautiful 55-acre preserve. Classes run every Friday through the end of the month, so you can drop in for a single session or sign up for the series.

Cost: $20/class or $75/series ($65 for members)
