United Way of Long Island is seeking a detail-oriented Donor Database Manager to maintain the integrity and functionality of its donor database systems. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role is central to the organization's fundraising efforts — managing gift processing, donor records, and the reporting that drives stewardship and campaign strategy.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge NXT (or equivalent CRM like Salesforce or DonorPerfect) and a solid understanding of nonprofit accounting principles, particularly accounts receivable and gift reconciliation. You'll develop data entry standards, generate reports for campaigns and audits, collaborate with the finance and resource development teams, and train staff on database best practices.
