Join The Whaling Museum for the next installment of their Beyond the Book series — this time exploring Washington's Spies: The Story of America's First Spy Ring by Alexander Rose. The book tells the remarkable true story of the Culper Ring, a covert network of Long Island residents who risked everything to feed intelligence to George Washington during the Revolutionary War.

This isn't your typical book club. The museum's Beyond the Book evenings bring history to life through guided discussion, expert context, and the museum's own connections to Long Island's past.
