Mary Harron introduces her fantastic film: American Psycho. Patrick Bateman. Business cards. A raincoat. You know the rest. But seeing it in a theater with an introduction from the director who made it is something far more interesting and a genuinely different experience.

Harron's introduction promises to illuminate what she was actually after: a satire of 1980s masculinity and Wall Street culture so precise it became a cult object. Cult Cafe at the CAC doesn't get any better than this.
