Wildlife Center of Long Island is currently accepting applications for two hands-on volunteer roles that put you directly in the field or in front of the community.

Education Volunteers represent the Center at schools, libraries, and community festivals — helping kids and adults appreciate the wildlife that calls Long Island home.

Rescue & Transport Volunteers work out in the field capturing, containing, and transporting injured and orphaned animals to the Center's rehabilitation facility in Huntington.
