CRESLI's busiest week of the summer whale watch season features five sailings aboard the Viking Fleet out of Montauk. Late summer is prime time for marine mammal activity — humpback whales, fin whales, common dolphins, and sea turtles are regularly spotted in the waters south of Long Island.

Every cruise is led by CRESLI researchers who collect scientific data while sharing their expertise with passengers. Pick from afternoon or full-day trips throughout the week, including Labor Day Monday. It's a great way to close out the summer with a real adventure on the water.
