Long Beach Clean Up's weekly beach cleanup is heading to Lafayette Blvd this Wednesday evening. Grab your friends, your family, or just yourself — and spend an hour helping remove trash from the shoreline.

All supplies are provided (bags, gloves, grabbers), though you're welcome to bring your own reusable bags and gloves. The crew meets at the beach access ramp on the boardwalk. Students can earn community service hours — just bring your paperwork and find a lead organizer.

Over 21,000 volunteers have joined the movement so far, removing more than 11,500 pounds of trash from Long Beach's coastline. Every cleanup counts.
