Is there such a thing as too many tomatoes? Not if you know what to do with them. Head to Bayard Cutting Arboretum's CSA Farm for an afternoon of tomato-fueled creativity — learning recipes and techniques for sauces, salsas, soups, salads, and more using the farm's own abundance of heirloom varieties.
You'll go home with an 8 oz. jar of salsa you prepare yourself, a full recipe list, and a belly full of tasty tomato treats. This is hands-on, seasonal cooking at its best — surrounded by the beauty of the arboretum grounds.
