Pay: $66,000 – $75,000 annually
Long Island Children's Museum is looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Senior Advancement Manager to help grow philanthropic support for one of Long Island's most celebrated cultural institutions. Reporting to the Director of Advancement, this role spans fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, corporate and community partnerships, sponsorship activation, fundraising events, CRM management, and advancement operations.
The Senior Advancement Manager works collaboratively across the Museum to inspire the generosity that expands access to play-based learning for children and families. Key responsibilities include managing fundraising activities and partnerships, overseeing donor data and digital tools, and supporting the Museum's strategic growth under new leadership.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit advancement, marketing, communications, or partnership development. Proficiency with CRM systems and strong project management skills are essential. LICM is accredited by the American Alliance of Museums — the only accredited children's museum in New York State — and holds a 4-star Charity Navigator rating.
