Qigong instructor Adina Dabija leads this seasonal session focused on the energy of late summer — a time of transition in the Chinese medicine tradition. Through gentle movements, breathing exercises, and standing meditation, you'll work with the body's natural rhythms as the season begins to shift.
The session takes place on the beautiful grounds of Sands Point Preserve, surrounded by old-growth trees and sweeping lawns. No prior experience needed — just bring comfortable clothes and a willingness to move slowly and breathe deeply.
When: Sunday, September 13, 2026, 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Where: Sands Point Preserve, 127 Middle Neck Rd, Port Washington, NY
Cost: $17 members / $25 non-members
