Great automotive design and a Gold Coast mansion overlooking Northport Bay make a pretty perfect fall afternoon. The Metro New York Porsche Club of America brings its 2026 Octoberfest Concours to the Great Lawn at the Suffolk County Vanderbilt Museum, with beautifully kept Porsches on display for anyone who loves a good-looking car.
The best part: there's no extra charge for the show. Your general Museum admission covers it, so you can wander the lawn, then head inside to explore the Vanderbilt mansion and collections while you're there.
When: Saturday, October 24, 2026 (rain date: October 25)
Where: Great Lawn, Suffolk County Vanderbilt Museum, 180 Little Neck Road, Centerport, NY 11721
Cost: General Museum admission — $15 adults; $12 seniors (62+) and students; $10 children 12 & under; free for military and children under 2
