Imagine sinking into savasana while the cosmos turns slowly overhead. Pop Up Prana Yoga is bringing two sessions to the Vanderbilt Museum's Reichert Planetarium, where you'll practice beneath a dome full of stars instead of a ceiling.

Celestial Flow at 5:30pm is a Vinyasa class with breath-synced movement, peak poses, and a closing meditation.
Rest & Restore at 7:00pm blends gentle yin postures with guided yoga nidra — the perfect way to end a weekend.
Either one is a memorable way to float among the stars for an evening.
