Position: Partner Relations Coordinator
Type: Full-time
Location: Long Island, NY (travel throughout region)
Pay: $25.00/hr
Hours: Monday–Friday, standard business hours; occasional evenings/weekends

Island Harvest Food Bank is looking for a Partner Relations Coordinator to serve as the key liaison between the food bank and its network of partner agencies across Long Island. You'll help nonprofit organizations through every step of the partnership process — from application and onboarding to training, compliance monitoring, and ongoing support.

Day to day, you'll review partnership applications, conduct site assessments, develop and co-teach trainings, and provide technical assistance to agencies working to get food to their communities. You'll also collaborate with the warehouse team on food pickup and delivery logistics, and ensure all partner agencies meet Feeding America and Island Harvest compliance standards.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with 2–4 years of public-facing work. Prior nonprofit or social services experience is preferred. You'll need strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, SharePoint), a valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle — mileage is reimbursed.
