Position: Part-Time Grant Writer

North Shore Animal League America is hiring a Part-Time Grant Writer to develop compelling, high-quality grant proposals and funding requests for foundations, corporations, government agencies, and other philanthropic sources. You'll maintain grant tracking systems, prepare progress and stewardship reports for existing funders, and support the broader fundraising strategy — all reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Development Partnerships.

This is an ideal role for a skilled writer who wants flexible hours and meaningful work. Remote, hybrid, or on-site arrangements are all available. Excellent written communication skills are essential — applicants should submit one or two writing samples demonstrating clarity, persuasiveness, and attention to detail. Experience with grant proposals and donor communications is preferred.
