Stony Brook Medicine's Marketing and Communications department is hiring a Marketing Strategy Specialist to develop and execute marketing initiatives across the health system. Reporting to the Director of Campaign Strategy, this hands-on role combines strategic thinking with strong execution across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Key responsibilities include partnering with clinical practice leaders to build coordinated marketing plans, developing content strategies across web, social, and email, supporting paid media campaigns across search, social, display, and streaming, and analyzing performance to deliver actionable insights.

Candidates need a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, 5+ years of marketing experience, and strong skills in digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, and project management. Healthcare marketing experience is preferred.
