North Shore Animal League America is looking for a dynamic Manager of Shelter Partnerships and Events to oversee adoption partnership programs, coordinate national events, and activate sponsor relationships that create more opportunities for homeless animals to find loving homes. You'll recruit and maintain relationships with shelter partners, manage the PetPASS participation program, and collaborate with Marketing, Development, and Operations teams to track and report adoption outcomes.

This role involves coordinating logistics and staffing for national adoption events, recruiting and training volunteers, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Occasional evenings and weekends are required. Candidates should have previous supervisory experience, strong relationship-building skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid NYS driver's license. Shelter operations experience and a passion for animal rescue are preferred.
