North Shore Animal League America is seeking an experienced Gifts Officer to develop and manage a mid-level donor portfolio of 100–150 supporters. You'll cultivate meaningful relationships, craft personalized engagement strategies, conduct frequent donor meetings and tours, and secure significant contributions that directly fund the organization's lifesaving mission. Approximately 30% national travel is involved for donor visits and events.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), brings at least 5 years of individual gift fundraising experience, and has a proven track record of meeting revenue goals. Strong people skills, CRM proficiency, a valid driver's license, and access to a personal vehicle are required. After the training period, a hybrid schedule with up to 2 days remote is available.
