North Shore Animal League America is seeking a compassionate and organized leader to manage the daily operations of the Bianca's Furry Friends Foster and Adoption Program. In this role, you'll oversee adoption screenings, coordinate foster placements, manage rescue admissions, and serve as the primary contact for adopters and foster caregivers — ensuring every animal gets the care and second chance they deserve.

You'll also recruit and supervise volunteers and interns, collaborate with veterinary staff to monitor animal welfare, and prepare program reports. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of shelter experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role, a valid driver's license for local travel, and a genuine passion for animal welfare.
