Step off the path and into presence. This guided Forest Therapy Walk at Bayard Cutting Arboretum invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the natural world — the trees, the water, the quiet details most of us walk right past.
Led by certified forest therapy guide Linda Lombardo of Wild Heart Nature Connection, this two-hour immersion draws on Japanese Shinrin-Yoku (forest bathing) traditions. You'll practice grounding exercises, reciprocity breathing with the trees, and create nature art together along the arboretum's beautiful River Walk.
