Position: Finance & Operations Director

Location: Hybrid — Remote with regular in-person responsibilities in West Sayville, NY
Salary: $75,000–$90,000, commensurate with experience
Reports To: Executive Director

Seatuck Environmental Association is looking for a Finance & Operations Director to build and manage the financial and operational systems behind its conservation and education work. It's a hands-on leadership role covering budgeting, financial reporting, HR administration, and organizational systems, working closely with the Executive Director and Board Finance Committee.

Best suited for someone with 3–5 years of nonprofit finance or operations experience, strong QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace skills, and a collaborative, ownership-driven approach to strengthening the systems behind a growing organization. CPA or MBA a plus.
