LIM and the Port Jefferson Arts Council are bringing another free film night to the Museum. This September, catch “Women Laughing” (2025), a documentary following longtime New Yorker cartoonist Liza Donnelly as she explores women’s humor through intimate conversations with some of the magazine’s most celebrated artists — including Roz Chast, Emily Flake, and Amy Hwang.

After the screening, stick around for a fun conversation about humor and storytelling with special guest Victoria Hughes, a New York comic you may have seen at Governor’s Comedy Club on Long Island. Come early for free entry into exhibitions after 5 PM.
