This Día de los Muertos, Long Island Children's Museum invites families to honor and celebrate loved ones through a beautiful afternoon of art, tradition, and healing through play.

Part of National Children's Grief Awareness Month, this special event features hands-on activities rooted in the rich traditions of Day of the Dead — including Memory Jars to hold cherished keepsakes, Calavera face painting, a community Ofrenda where families can place photos and mementos, and the chance to craft Papel Picado and paper marigolds together.

It's a warm, welcoming space to remember, create, and connect.
